By accessing or using Chartrd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Chartrd is a cloud-based practice management SaaS platform designed for Chartered Accountants and MCA firms in India. The Service includes features for client management, compliance tracking, invoicing, staff management, client portal, and related tools. EZBillify Ventures Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information during registration; maintain the security of your account credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access; use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws; not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service; not use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content; and not share your account with unauthorized third parties.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are exclusive of applicable GST. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as described in Section 6. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing. Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment.
We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry. We reserve the right to modify trial terms or duration at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund for unused full months if cancelled within 30 days of payment; no refund after 30 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, design, trademarks, and content) are owned by EZBillify Ventures Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your client data.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your clients for data you upload to the Service. You agree not to upload sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for accounting practice management.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZBillify Ventures Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; service interruptions or data loss. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution through direct communication before legal action — please contact [email protected] for any disputes.
