We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, fill out a form, or contact us. This includes name, email address, phone number, firm details, and billing information. We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and device information when you use our services.
We use collected information to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices and support messages; respond to comments and questions; send marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time); monitor and analyze trends and usage; and detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.
All data is stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure (AWS / Supabase) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Each CA firm's data is fully isolated — no firm can access another firm's data. We perform automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Your data never trains any AI or machine learning model.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with: trusted service providers who assist in operating our website and services (subject to confidentiality obligations); law enforcement when required by applicable law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets (with prior notice to you).
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
Under GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
